Reunion Organizer is a means of storing, displaying and exporting graduate's information for reunion organizers.  For reunions of all types.

Reunion Organizer was developed "from the ground up" by a need of gathering classmate information to use on a current client's web site.  We had text documents, Word® documents, Excel™ spreadsheets, Works™ documents and spreadsheets and scanned copies of class lists.  None of which were in any standardized form or layout.  Needless to say, more time was spent putting the information in usable form than actually using the information.

There Had to be a better way!  We soon learned we (the client, the reunion committee and us) needed a uniform means of collecting, editing, storing and sharing the data (classmate information):  That was Easy to Use, Inexpensive and most of all, presented all the data, both coming and going, in a Uniform manner.

With the myriad of spreadsheet applications available for personal computers, all are capable of producing a single, consistently uniform .csv file that is readable by this application.  The Reunion Organizer, in turn will return the collection of everyone's efforts and input in a like .csv file that all are able to read.

Not only may users export complete sets of information on classes or classmates, they may export single entries in two different ways.  All the exported information is readable by almost any spreadsheet application, eMail address books and even PDA's!

The Reunion Organizer also allows those organizing a reunion to easily tell who's registered, who's paid their fees, who's subscribed to any newsletters that may be offered, who attended the last event and who among the contacts are deceased or were faculty members.

Did we mention... There's no limit to the number of class years or number of names and addresses?... Only limited by server disk space, which will usually far exceed the needs of your reunion committee.

The Reunion Organizer is super easy to install.  Generally, in less than 5 minutes a user can have their application ready to accept information.  Complete installation instructions and help files included.
