Not only is HOCAPA.com a Godsend for real estate purchasers... It's a bona fide miracle for Agents, Brokers and Agencies as well!
And all this wrapped up in a package that's so simple!
The Buyer simply lists their real estate needs, wishes or wants: FREE OF CHARGE at HOCAPA.com and only legitimate real estate professionals from all over the United States will do the searching for the buyer. There is a fee for agent access.
So what makes HOCAPA.com different? The Buyer lists their property needs ANONYMOUSLY! Agent's may not contact prospective buyers until that buyer grants permission for the agent to contact them. All the while, the Agent's contact information is Always Visible! How Cool Is That!
A buyer's listing is visible to all registered Agencies and Agents for 45 days. The internal HOCAPA.com messaging system allows the Buyer to contact the Agent. The Agent may then respond to the buyer's queries using the same system. Again, the buyer is known only to the Agent as a Buyer ID Number. No Email.
When a buyer finds that perfect plot, he or she may THEN allow the Agent to view their contact information OR, the BUYER may contact the Agent at any time using the Agent's email address, telephone number or any their contact information.
